Our team extensively reviews each plan and conducts a site visit
to understand what is involved with the project. This includes what is to be done at the jobsite – e.g. pools, lot digging, sheds, tree/shrubs removal; Installation of street lights, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, tree-removal, storm and sanitary connection, water-siltation pond; Road extension or extending the main line.
Before digging, Singh Excavating BC Ltd. ensures that soil is not contaminated by having examined and analyzed by a geo-tech engineer. Only after soil has been approved and safe to dispose, we start our excavation process.
We coordinate with surveyor to mark the areas to be dug. After we have done our due diligence, we schedule and execute the sub-division according to the plan.
